O God of mercy and compassion, We entrust to You Your humble servant, Pope Francis, Who served You faithfully with a heart full of love, A voice for the poor, the weary, and the forgotten. Grant him now the peace that surpasses all understanding. Welcome him into Your eternal embrace, Where pain and suffering are no more, And only light, joy, and perfect union with You remain. He bore the weight of the papacy with grace, Guiding Your Church with wisdom, humility, and tenderness. May the seeds of hope and mercy he planted Flourish in the hearts of all he touched. Comfort those who mourn his passing, O Lord, And raise up a shepherd after Your own heart To continue the mission he so lovingly fulfilled. 

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, 

And let perpetual light shine upon him.
